Go to Hepsiburada website
Open a desktop browser and navigate to hepsiburada.com. Note: cancellation is NOT available through the Hepsiburada mobile app — you must use the web version on a computer.
Log in to your account
Click 'Giriş Yap' (Sign In) in the top right corner. Enter your email address or phone number, then your password, and click 'Giriş Yap'.
Open My Account menu
After logging in, hover over or click 'Hesabım' (My Account) in the top right corner of the page.
Navigate to Premium section
In the dropdown menu that appears, click on 'Premium'. This takes you to your Premium membership management page.
Click Manage Premium
On the Premium page, click 'Premium'u Yönet' (Manage Premium). Here you can see your current subscription period and the next renewal date.
Select Membership Cancellation
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Üyelik İptali' (Membership Cancellation).
Dismiss retention offer and confirm
A confirmation screen appears. Click 'İptal işlemine devam et' (Continue with cancellation). If a retention offer appears, click 'Hayır, iptal işlemine devam et' (No, continue with cancellation) to proceed.
Complete cancellation
Click 'İptal işlemini tamamla' (Complete cancellation) to finalize. Note: Hepsiburada may attempt to call you from customer service as a final retention step. If you do not answer, the cancellation will still be processed automatically after a short period.
