Visit the Knowledge Network website
Go to knowledge.ca and sign in to your Knowledge Network account if you have a paid streaming membership.
Access your account settings
Click on your profile or account name in the top navigation and select 'My Account' or 'Account Settings'.
Find your membership or subscription
Locate the 'My Membership' or 'Streaming Subscription' section within your account settings.
Cancel your membership
Click 'Cancel Membership' or 'End Subscription' and follow the instructions. Note: Knowledge Network's basic streaming is free for BC residents.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm your cancellation when prompted. You'll receive a confirmation email. Free content will remain accessible.
