Yes. Canceling stops auto-renewal but you keep all Gold/Platinum/Plus features until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Generally no — Tinder's policy states all sales are final with no prorating. Exceptions: California residents may cancel within 3 business days for a full refund. For direct-billed purchases (credit card/PayPal) within 14 days, contact Tinder support at help.tinder.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with your order number. Apple and Google Play purchases must be refunded through those platforms respectively.

What happens to my matches and messages if I cancel?

Canceling your subscription does not delete your profile, matches, or messages. Your data is preserved and you can still use Tinder's free features after the billing period ends.

How do I delete my Tinder account entirely?

In the app: tap your profile icon → Settings → scroll to bottom → 'Delete Account' → select a reason → 'Continue to Account Deletion' → confirm. You can also do this at account.gotinder.com. Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Open Tinder Settings

Open the Tinder app and tap your profile icon (top-left on web, bottom-right in app), then tap 'Settings'.

Find Manage Payment Account

Scroll down in Settings and tap 'Manage Payment Account' under the Payment Account section. Note: iOS users must instead open iPhone Settings → tap your Apple ID name → 'Subscriptions' → 'Tinder'. Android users must open Google Play Store → profile icon → 'Payments & subscriptions' → 'Subscriptions' → 'Tinder'.

Select Cancel Subscription

For direct billing (credit card/PayPal): tap 'Cancel Subscription' or toggle 'Auto-Renew' to off. For iOS: tap the red 'Cancel Subscription' button. For Google Play: tap 'Cancel subscription' at the bottom of the Tinder subscription screen.

Decline Retention Offers

Tinder may present alternative plans, discounts, or a subscription pause offer. Decline all offers to continue with cancellation.

Confirm Cancellation

Follow the on-screen confirmation prompt and confirm your cancellation. You will receive a confirmation and retain premium access until the end of your current billing period.
