Review your service agreement

Before canceling, locate and review your Bullhorn service agreement. Look for the notice period (typically 90 days written notice required) and any early termination clauses in Section 7d of your contract.

Request a data backup

Contact Bullhorn Support at https://help.bullhorn.com/support to request a final data backup. Do this before initiating cancellation — Bullhorn only retains data for 60 days after contract end and can only run one backup every 30 days.
