Will I lose access to my diagrams immediately after cancelling?

No. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, so you retain full access until then.

Will my private diagrams become public if I cancel?

No. Private diagrams remain private even after you downgrade to the free plan. You keep access to all your diagrams.

Can I get a refund if I cancel mid-month?

Coggle does not publish a refund policy. The standard practice is that you keep access through the end of the billing period but no pro-rated refunds are offered.

How do I fully delete my Coggle account?

Subscription cancellation and account closure are separate steps. After cancelling your subscription, go to https://coggle.it/me and select 'Close Account'. You must cancel any paid subscriptions before you can close your account.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by returning to Settings → billing on https://coggle.it/me and choosing a paid plan.

Do my collaborators need a paid plan to keep accessing shared diagrams?

No. Collaborators do not need a paid Coggle subscription to participate in basic collaboration on diagrams you share with them.

Go to https://coggle.it and log in to your account.

Open the menu

From the documents list, click the menu icon in the top-left corner of the page.

Go to Settings

Select 'Settings' from the menu, or navigate directly to https://coggle.it/me.

Access billing

Within Settings, click on the billing section to view your current subscription details.

Cancel your subscription

Click the 'Cancel Subscription' (or 'Downgrade') button. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
