Log in to your account
Go to lookfantastic.com and click 'Sign In' in the top right corner. Enter your email and password, then click 'Sign In' to access your account.
Open My Account
Click on your name or the account icon in the top right corner to open the 'My Account' dropdown menu.
Navigate to Subscriptions
In your account dashboard, locate and click the 'Subscriptions' section. This lists all your active beauty box subscriptions.
Select your Beauty Box subscription
Find your active Beauty Box subscription in the list and click on it to open the subscription management options.
Cancel or turn off auto-renewal
Click 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Turn Off Auto-Renewal'. If on a multi-month plan (3, 6, or 12 months) that has not yet completed, the cancel button may be grayed out — in this case, only the 'Turn Off Auto-Renewal' option will be available to prevent future charges after the term ends.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm your cancellation when prompted. You should receive a confirmation email to your registered address. If you do not, contact beautybox@lookfantastic.com to request written confirmation.
Contact support if the option is unavailable
If no cancellation option is visible despite an active subscription, contact LookFantastic customer support via live chat on lookfantastic.com (click 'Help' or 'Customer Service') or by email at beautybox@lookfantastic.com. Request written confirmation of cancellation.
