In the dashboard navigation, click on 'Active plan' to view your current subscription details.

Find Auto-Renewal row

Locate the 'Auto-Renewal' row within the Active plan section. It shows your renewal status.

Click 'disable'

Click the 'disable' link in the Auto-Renewal row. This submits a request to turn off automatic renewal.

Await confirmation

Mangools states they process the request within 2 working days. You will receive a confirmation once auto-renewal is disabled. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
