Will I lose access to my notes immediately after cancelling?

No. Pro access remains active through the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. All existing notes, flashcards, and PDFs remain accessible, but creating new Pro-exclusive content requires resubscribing.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

RemNote offers a full refund within 30 days of purchase for Pro, Pro+AI, and Life-Long Learning plans. Only one subscription payment is refundable. Contact support via the ?-button in the lower-right corner of the app or email support@remnote.com. Refunds take up to 10 business days. SEPA payments are non-refundable.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through the iOS or Android app?

App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled through Apple or Google directly. For iOS, go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, use Google Play > Subscriptions. RemNote cannot process refunds for App Store purchases.
