Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. After cancelling, you retain full access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription, you can request a full (non-pro-rated) refund by emailing the Capacities support team. After 14 days, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

Will my data be deleted when I cancel?

No data is deleted. However, some paid features become read-only or inactive: Smart Queries results won't display, new block-based references can't be created (existing ones remain), table formulas stop updating, AI chats can't be created, and task integrations stop functioning.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

You can resubscribe at any time via Settings → Subscription & Billing. Capacities recommends waiting until your current (cancelled) period fully expires before resubscribing to avoid overwriting your existing plan.

What if I subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play?

If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel directly through your Apple account settings or Google Play Store subscriptions — Capacities cannot process those cancellations or refunds on their end.

Can I switch plans instead of cancelling?

Yes. You can change your plan in Settings → Subscription & Billing. If you downgrade, Capacities recommends waiting until the current period expires to avoid plan conflicts.

Open Capacities app

Launch the Capacities desktop or web app and log in to your account at app.capacities.io.

Open Settings

Click on the gear icon or your profile/avatar in the sidebar to open the Settings panel.

Go to Subscription & Billing

In the Settings menu, select "Subscription & Billing" from the list of options.

Initiate cancellation

Locate the option to cancel your subscription and click it. The exact button label is "Cancel Subscription" or similar within the Subscription & Billing section.

Confirm cancellation

Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after that.
