Go to Polycam billing page
Open your browser and navigate to https://poly.cam/billing. You must be logged into your Polycam account. If not, click 'Sign In' and authenticate first.
Locate your active subscription
On the billing page, find the 'Subscription' or 'Current Plan' section which shows your active Polycam Pro plan and renewal date.
Click 'Cancel Subscription'
Click the 'Cancel Subscription' button or link within the subscription management section. This initiates the cancellation flow.
Confirm cancellation
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm you want to cancel. Polycam may ask for a reason before finalising. Confirm to complete the cancellation.
Verify cancellation status
After confirming, check that your subscription status shows as cancelled or 'expires on [date]'. You can also verify at https://learn.poly.cam/hc/en-us/articles/44376012371220 for guidance on confirming cancellation.
