Can I still use Wolt+ benefits after I cancel?

Yes. After cancelling, you retain full Wolt+ benefits (zero delivery fees, 10% grocery discount, 40% service fee reduction) until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, the subscription lapses automatically.

Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-month?

No refund is issued for a standard mid-cycle cancellation. However, if you cancel within 14 days of purchase and have not used the benefits, EU statutory withdrawal rights apply and you can request a full refund by emailing support@wolt.com. If you have used the benefits, a pro-rata deduction applies.

Can I reactivate my Wolt+ subscription after cancelling?

Yes, you can resubscribe at any time through the Wolt+ section in your profile. However, you will not be eligible for a new free trial — only one free trial is allowed per user ever.

Can I cancel on the same day my subscription renews?

No. Wolt's terms require cancellation to be completed before (not on) the renewal date — specifically, before the day preceding your billing renewal date. If you miss this window, you will be charged for another period.

What if I subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?

If you subscribed via iOS, cancel through Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Wolt+ → Cancel Subscription. If via Android, cancel through Google Play: Profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Wolt+ → Cancel Subscription.

How do I request deletion of my personal data?

Contact Wolt support at support@wolt.com to request account and personal data deletion. You can also use the in-app chat support for this request.

Open your Wolt account

Open the Wolt app on your phone or sign in at wolt.com. Tap or click the Profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Go to Wolt+ section

In the account menu, find and tap or click the 'Wolt+' or 'Wolt+ Membership' section.

Open Manage Membership

Tap or click the 'Manage Membership' tab. This screen also shows your next payment date and current plan details.

Select Cancel Subscription

Tap or click 'Cancel Subscription' on the membership management screen.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. You will receive a confirmation email or in-app notification. Your Wolt+ benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
