How do I reactivate a cancelled subscription?

For gig subscriptions, you would need to place a new order with the seller and opt into a subscription plan again if the seller offers one. For Seller Plus, you can re-enroll at any time from the Seller Plus page on your freelancer dashboard.

When should I cancel to avoid being charged again?

For gig subscription orders, Fiverr recommends cancelling at least 10 days before the next renewal date. Cancelling after an order has already started may affect seller metrics and could result in a mutual cancellation process.

Does cancelling delete my Fiverr account?

No. Cancelling a subscription only stops the recurring billing. Your Fiverr account, order history, and profile remain active. To delete your account entirely, you must go to Settings → Account and request account deactivation or deletion separately.

What if I cannot find the 'End subscription' option?

The option only appears on the 'Subscription' tab within an active subscription order. If you do not see it, the order may not be a recurring subscription, or it may already be in a final order cycle. Contact Fiverr Support via help.fiverr.com if the option is missing.

Log in to Fiverr

Go to fiverr.com and log in to your account. This process covers two subscription types: (A) recurring gig Subscription Orders as a buyer, and (B) Seller Plus membership as a seller.

Navigate to your Orders (for recurring gig subscriptions)

Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select 'Orders' from the dropdown menu, or go directly to fiverr.com/orders.

Open the subscription order

Find the recurring order you want to cancel and click on it to open the order page. Then click the 'Subscription' tab near the top of the order details.

Click the three-dot menu

On the Subscription tab, click the three dots '...' dropdown menu (kebab menu) associated with the upcoming order.

Select 'End subscription'

From the dropdown, click 'End subscription'. A confirmation pop-up will appear asking you to select a reason for cancelling.

Choose a reason and confirm

Select a cancellation reason from the list provided, then click 'Confirm' to finalize. You will receive a confirmation message that the subscription has been ended.

For Seller Plus membership: go to Billing and Payments

If you are a seller cancelling a Seller Plus Standard or Premium membership, go to your profile picture → 'Billing and Payments' → 'Ongoing Payments', or navigate to your freelancer dashboard and click 'Manage Membership'. Then click 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm.
