Log in to Espace Client

Go to espace-client.orange.fr and sign in with your Orange account credentials (email/phone and password).

Navigate to Offers and Options

From your account dashboard, click on 'Offres et options' (Offers and Options) in the main navigation menu.

Check your commitment status

Review your contract end date and any early termination fees displayed on screen before proceeding. If still in contract, Orange shows the exact fee owed.

Click 'Résilier votre offre'

Click the 'Résilier votre offre' (Cancel your offer) button. Orange may present a retention offer (discounted rate or plan downgrade) — click through to continue with cancellation.

Back up your data

Orange prompts you to back up any emails from your @orange.fr or @wanadoo.fr address. Download or forward any important emails before confirming, as the mailbox will eventually close.

Select your cancellation date

Choose your desired cancellation effective date — it must be at least 10 working days from today. Confirm the date and submit the request.

Confirm and save your confirmation email

Orange sends a confirmation email with your cancellation effective date. Save this email. Note: you can reverse the cancellation up to 48 hours before the effective date. Return any equipment (Livebox, decoder) within 30 days using the prepaid return box Orange sends.
