Will I still have access to classes after I cancel?

Yes. Your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, you lose access to premium video content but can still browse free classes and view your class projects on your public profile.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Skillshare memberships are generally non-refundable. Exceptions apply for free trial periods (if cancelled before the trial ends) and for users in the EU or UK who may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period after purchase.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through the iOS App Store or Google Play?

You must cancel through the platform where you subscribed. For iOS: go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Skillshare → Cancel Subscription. For Android: open Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Skillshare → Cancel subscription.

Can I reactivate my Skillshare membership after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by logging in to your account and choosing a new membership plan. Your profile and class projects are preserved after cancellation.

What happens to my class projects and saved classes when I cancel?

Your class projects remain on your public Skillshare profile and are not deleted. Saved class lists are also retained, though you will lose the ability to watch premium videos until you resubscribe.

Are offline downloads still accessible after cancellation?

No. Offline downloads are a premium-only feature and become inaccessible immediately upon cancellation, even if you have remaining days in your billing period.

Log in to Skillshare

Go to skillshare.com and sign in to your account using your email and password.

Open Account Settings

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page, then select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.

Go to Membership & Payments

In the left-side navigation menu of Account Settings, click "Membership & Payments".

Click 'Cancel membership'

Scroll down to find the "Cancel membership" button and click it to begin the cancellation flow.

Complete the cancellation survey

Skillshare will present a short survey asking why you are cancelling. Select your reason from the options provided. A retention offer or discount may appear at this stage — click "Continue to cancel" or "No thanks" to proceed without accepting.

Confirm cancellation

Review the cancellation confirmation screen showing your access end date, then click "Confirm cancellation" (or equivalent confirm button) to finalise.
