Do I lose access immediately when I cancel?

No. Access continues until the end of your current billing period — the end of the month for monthly plans, or the annual renewal date for yearly plans. Exception: cancelling during a free trial ends access immediately.

You must verify via email within 24 hours or the request expires. Deletion processes within up to 30 days.

What if I subscribed through Apple or Google Play?

You must cancel through the platform you used to subscribe. For Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pluralsight → Cancel Subscription. For Google Play: Play Store → Subscriptions → Pluralsight → Cancel subscription.

Log in to Pluralsight

Go to app.pluralsight.com and sign in to your account.

Open account menu

Click your avatar (profile icon) in the top-right navigation bar to open the dropdown menu.

Go to Account Settings

Select "Account settings" from the dropdown menu.

Open Subscription & Billing

Click the "Subscription & Billing" tab on the Account Settings page.

Click Manage Plan

Click the "Manage plan" button on your current subscription.

Click Cancel

Click the "Cancel" button to begin the cancellation flow.

Submit or skip feedback

A cancellation reason screen appears. Either select a reason and click "Submit feedback", or click "Continue to cancellation" to skip this step.

Confirm cancellation

Click "Confirm cancellation" to finalize. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
