Is Splitbee still active?

No. Splitbee was acquired by Vercel in October 2022 and was permanently shut down in 2025. The website now shows only a sunset notice, and the app (app.splitbee.io) is no longer accessible.

Will I be charged after Splitbee shut down?

No. All billing was stopped during the 3-month grace period following the sunset announcement. If you see unexpected charges, contact your bank to dispute them, as Splitbee no longer operates billing.

Can I get a refund for my Splitbee subscription?

Users who had recently subscribed to a yearly plan before the shutdown were eligible for a prorated refund by contacting hello@splitbee.io. Given the service is fully shut down, you may need to contact your card issuer if you have not already received a refund.

Can I still access my Splitbee analytics data?

The main Splitbee app is no longer accessible. However, if you previously exported your data, you can still view it at view-export.splitbee.io. No new exports or data access through the app are possible.

What replaced Splitbee?

Vercel Web Analytics (vercel.com/analytics) is the recommended successor. Vercel acquired Splitbee and continued development of privacy-friendly analytics as part of the Vercel platform.
