Open the adidas Running app
Launch the adidas Running app on your iOS or Android device and ensure you are signed in to your account.
Tap your Profile icon
Tap the profile/avatar icon in the top-left or top-right corner of the home screen to open your profile.
Open Account Settings
Tap the gear icon (Settings) within your profile to access account options.
Tap 'Membership'
Scroll down to find 'Membership' or 'Subscription' and tap it to view your current Premium plan details and renewal date.
Initiate cancellation
Tap 'Cancel Subscription'. If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, the app will direct you to complete cancellation in the respective store.
Cancel in Apple App Store (iOS users)
Go to iPhone Settings > tap your name > 'Subscriptions' > select 'adidas Running: Run Tracker' > tap 'Cancel Subscription' > tap 'Confirm' in the popup dialog.
Cancel in Google Play Store (Android users)
Open Google Play Store > tap your profile icon (top-right) > 'Payments & subscriptions' > 'Subscriptions' > tap 'adidas Running' > tap 'Cancel subscription' > follow the on-screen prompts and tap 'Cancel subscription' again to confirm.
Verify confirmation
