Log in to ESET HOME
Go to https://home.eset.com and sign in with your ESET account email and password.
Open Subscriptions
In the left side menu, click 'Subscriptions' to view all your active ESET subscriptions.
Select your HU Extra subscription
Find your ESET HOME Extra subscription in the list and click 'Open subscription' to expand its details.
Click Manage subscription
Under 'Subscription options', click the 'Manage subscription' button. ESET will redirect you to the ESET eStore portal to manage auto-renewal settings.
Verify your email
In the eStore, click 'Subscription Management' in the top-left corner, then click 'Verify with your email'. Click 'Send' to receive a verification link, then open the email and click 'Verify email'.
Disable auto-renewal
In the 'Payment details' section of the eStore, click the toggle next to 'Auto-renewal' to switch it off. Check the box next to 'Do not renew my subscription automatically. I would prefer to renew my subscription manually when it expires.'
Save and confirm
Click 'Save Settings', then click 'OK' on the confirmation dialog. Auto-renewal is now disabled and your subscription will expire at the end of the current billing period without being charged again.
