Sign in to your account

Go to runtheworld.today and sign in to your organizer account. Use a desktop computer — the cancellation flow is not available on mobile.

Open the Organizer dashboard

After logging in, click your profile or account icon in the top-right corner to access the Organizer dashboard.

Go to Payment and Billing

In the left sidebar of the Organizer dashboard, click 'Payment and billing'.

Cancel your plan

Within the Payment and billing section, select the option to cancel or downgrade your plan. Downgrading to the free tier takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
