Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

No. Your Wrike account remains active and fully accessible until the end of your current billing period. Access is cut off only when the paid term expires.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Wrike does not provide refunds or credits for any partial or unused subscription periods. This applies even if you cancel shortly after renewal. No refunds are issued for downgrades or removal of add-ons either.

What happens to my data after the subscription ends?

Your workspace data (tasks, projects, files) is retained for a period after the subscription lapses, but you lose the ability to edit or add content. Wrike recommends exporting your data before cancellation using the Export feature under Account Management.

Can I reactivate my Wrike subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can reactivate by logging back in and selecting a new plan. Your workspace data is typically still accessible if reactivated within the data retention window.

What is the 30-day notice requirement?

Per Wrike's Terms & Conditions, you must submit written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before your subscription renewal date. If you miss this window, you will be charged for the next full subscription term and no refund will be issued.

Can I downgrade instead of fully canceling?

Self-service downgrade is only available for Business plan accounts that have a yearly subscription, 15 or fewer paid seats, no add-ons, and an upcoming renewal. All other plans must contact their Renewals Manager or Account Manager to request a downgrade.

Log in to Wrike

Go to wrike.com and log in with your account credentials. You must be the Account Owner to cancel.

Open Account Management

Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the Wrike workspace, then select 'Account Management' from the dropdown menu.

Go to Subscription settings

In the Account Management panel, click the 'Subscription' tab in the left sidebar to view your current plan details and billing cycle.

Attempt self-service cancellation

Look for a 'Cancel Subscription' button on the Subscription page. This option is only available for certain plan types (e.g., Team plan or Business accounts with yearly subscriptions under 15 seats, no add-ons). If visible, click it and follow the on-screen confirmation prompts.

Contact your Account Manager or Renewals Manager (if no self-service button)

For Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans, there is no self-service cancellation button. You must contact your dedicated Wrike Renewals Manager or Account Manager directly — their contact details are typically in prior billing emails or via the Help Center at help.wrike.com.

Submit written cancellation notice

Send a written cancellation request via email or through Wrike's support portal. You must submit this at least 30 days before your subscription renewal date, as required by Wrike's Terms & Conditions. Include your account name and the desired cancellation effective date.

Confirm cancellation receipt

Wait for a confirmation email from Wrike acknowledging the cancellation. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
