Will I get a refund when I cancel?

No prorated refunds are issued. You keep all Eats Pass benefits until the end of your current billing period. The only exception is if you cancel an annual Uber One plan within 30 days of purchase and have not used any membership benefits — in that case you can request a full refund via Uber support.

Can I still use Uber Eats after cancelling?

Yes. You can still place orders on Uber Eats after cancelling — you simply lose the free delivery and discount benefits. Standard delivery fees apply from your next billing date onwards.

When exactly do my Eats Pass benefits end?

For paid members, benefits continue until the next billing date (the end of your current billing cycle). If you are on a free trial, access ends immediately upon cancellation.

Can I reactivate my Eats Pass later?

Yes, you can re-subscribe at any time through the same Eats Pass or Uber One section in the app. If you previously received a cancellation refund on an older Uber Pass plan, there is a 3-day waiting period before you can repurchase.

What if I cannot find the cancel button in the app?

If you are within 48 hours of your renewal date, Uber may hide the in-app cancel button. In this case, contact Uber support via the in-app Help section or call 1-800-253-9377. Support agents can cancel the membership directly and may issue a refund if you were charged unexpectedly.

Will I be charged if I cancel just before my renewal date?

If you cancel within 48 hours before your billing renewal, you may still be charged for the next cycle. Contact Uber support promptly if this happens — unauthorized renewal charges should be reported within 60 days at help.uber.com.

Open Uber Eats app

Open the Uber Eats app on your iPhone or Android device and make sure you are logged into the account with the active Eats Pass subscription.

Go to your Account

Tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar to open your Account screen.

Open Eats Pass or Uber One

Tap 'Eats Pass' (or 'Uber One' if your account has been upgraded) from the Account menu to open the membership hub.

Tap Manage Membership

Scroll down and tap the 'Manage Membership' button on the membership page.

Tap End Membership

Tap 'End Membership'. You may be shown a screen displaying your savings — scroll past it to continue cancelling.

Decline retention offers

Uber may offer a discounted month, a free month, or a 'Pause Membership' option. Tap 'No thanks' or 'Continue to cancel' to decline and proceed.

Select a cancellation reason

Select a reason from the list (e.g. 'Too expensive', 'Don't use it enough') and tap 'Continue to cancel'.

Confirm cancellation

Tap 'End Membership' a final time to confirm. You will receive an email confirmation and retain benefits until the end of your current billing period.
