Will I still receive boxes after I cancel?

Yes. If you cancel auto-renewal on a monthly plan before the 25th of the month, you will receive your current month's box but no further boxes after that. On multi-month plans, all remaining boxes in your paid term will continue to be dispatched until the plan ends.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

You can receive a full refund only if you cancel within 14 days of receiving your first Beauty Box (the statutory cooling-off period). After 14 days, no refunds are issued for multi-month plans — you must complete the subscription term. Monthly subscribers are not charged once auto-renewal is disabled before the 25th cutoff.

How do I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

You can reactivate by returning to 'My Account' → 'Subscriptions' on lookfantastic.ie and selecting a new subscription plan. You can choose a monthly, 3-, 6-, or 12-month plan at the current rates.

Can I cancel a 3-, 6-, or 12-month plan early?

No. Multi-month prepaid plans cannot be cancelled early after the 14-day cooling-off window. You can only disable auto-renewal so the subscription does not renew at the end of the paid term. All boxes will continue to ship until the plan concludes.

What is the cancellation deadline for monthly subscribers?

Monthly subscribers must turn off auto-renewal by the 25th of the month before their next scheduled box. For example, to avoid the March box charge, you must cancel by 25th February.

Log in to your account

Go to www.lookfantastic.ie and sign in to your account using the 'Sign In' button in the top-right corner of the page.

Go to My Account

Click on your account name or the person icon in the top-right corner to open the account dropdown menu, then select 'My Account'.

Navigate to Subscriptions

In your account dashboard, find and click on the 'Subscriptions' section in the left-hand navigation menu to view your active subscription plans.

Select your Beauty Box subscription

Click on your active Lookfantastic Beauty Box subscription to open the subscription management options.

Turn off auto-renewal or cancel

Click the 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Turn Off Auto-Renewal' button. If you are within the 14-day cooling-off period from your first box, you can request a full cancellation. For monthly subscribers, you must complete this step before the 25th of the month to avoid being charged for the next box.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation. You may be shown a retention offer to keep your subscription at a discounted rate — click 'Continue to Cancel' or 'Confirm Cancellation' to proceed.
