Identify your plan type

Determine whether you are on the free Revenue AI for Sales plan or a paid enterprise contract. Free plan users can self-cancel; paid/enterprise customers must contact their Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email contactus@6sense.com.

Log in to Revenue AI for Sales

For free plan: navigate to the Revenue AI for Sales web app (app.6sense.com) and log in. Alternatively, open the 6sense SI Chrome Extension.

Open My Profile

Click the circle with your initials in the top-right corner to open the user preferences dropdown. Select 'My Profile' from the menu.

Click 'Deactivate Account'

On the My Profile page, scroll to find the 'Deactivate Account' button and click it.

Confirm deactivation

A confirmation prompt will appear. Click 'Deactivate' to permanently close your account. Note: this action is irreversible — your account cannot be restored.

Enterprise plan: contact your CSM

For paid plans, contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager directly. If you do not have a CSM contact, email contactus@6sense.com or submit a request via https://support.6sense.com. Reference your Order Form for the required notice period (typically 30–90 days before your contract renewal date).

Check your renewal window

For enterprise contracts, locate your Order Form and confirm the cancellation notice deadline. Missing the window automatically renews your contract for another full term (typically 12–24 months) at a potentially higher rate.
