Open account menu

Click your initials or avatar icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the account menu.

Go to Payment settings

Select 'Payment' from the account dropdown menu to open your subscription and billing page.

Click 'Downgrade to Free'

Locate the 'Downgrade to Free' button in the lower-right corner of the Payment section. This is Colossyan's cancel button — it is labeled as a downgrade rather than a cancellation.

Confirm the downgrade
