How do I fully delete my Courier account?

Cancelling your paid plan only downgrades you to the free tier. To fully delete your account and all associated data, you need to contact Courier support directly at support@courier.com with a deletion request.

How do I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Log in to Courier

Go to app.courier.com and sign in with your account credentials.

Open Settings

Click the gear icon or navigate to 'Settings' in the left-hand sidebar of the Courier dashboard.

Go to Billing or Plan

Within Settings, locate the 'Billing' or 'Plan' subsection. This is where your current subscription and payment details are managed.

Downgrade or Cancel Plan

Select the option to cancel or downgrade your current paid plan. Cancelling a paid Business plan reverts your account to the free Developer tier (10,000 sends/month) rather than closing the account entirely.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your cancellation when prompted. Your paid plan access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Contact support if needed

If you cannot find the cancellation option in settings, or if you want to fully delete your account, email support@courier.com with your request.
