What if I subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?

For Android: Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → ExpressVPN → Cancel subscription. ExpressVPN's website cannot cancel these subscriptions. Refunds for App Store purchases are at Apple's discretion, not ExpressVPN's.

Will my account be deleted after I cancel?

No. Your account (email and login) remains active after cancellation. You can still log in but cannot use the VPN service. To delete your account and personal data, go to account settings and choose 'Delete After Expiry' (deleted when subscription ends) or 'Delete Now' (immediate). Do not delete your account before claiming a refund, as billing support requires account access.

Can I reactivate my subscription later?
