Can I still use my paid features after canceling?

Yes. Your account remains on the paid plan until the end of the current billing period you already paid for. It then automatically downgrades to the Starter (Free) plan on the expiration date.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Jotform offers a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of your most recent payment. After 30 days, no prorated refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing cycle. To request a refund, contact Jotform Support; refunds typically take up to 10 business days to process.

Will my forms and data be deleted when I downgrade?

Your forms and submission data are not immediately deleted, but if your account exceeds the free plan limits (e.g., more than 5 forms or 100 monthly submissions), some forms may be disabled or put into read-only mode. You should export important data before downgrading to be safe.

Can I reactivate my paid plan after canceling?

Log in to your account

Go to jotform.com and sign in to your Jotform account with your credentials.

Open Account Settings

Hover over your avatar/profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then click 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Billing tab

In the Settings page, click the 'Billing' tab in the left sidebar or top navigation to view your current plan and billing details.

Click 'Change Plan'

On the Billing page, click the 'Change Plan' button to open the plan selection screen.

Select the Starter (Free) plan

Choose the 'Starter (Free)' plan from the list of available plans. This will initiate the downgrade/cancellation flow.

Confirm the downgrade

A pop-up window will appear summarizing what limits will apply after downgrading (e.g., form and submission limits). Review the information and click the confirmation button to proceed with canceling your paid plan.
