Your account will remain on its current plan until the end of the paid billing period. After that, the account will have no active plan and you will not be able to go live or add new content. Can I get a refund after canceling?

Livestream does not typically offer refunds for the current billing period. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period. Can I reactivate my Livestream subscription?

Be aware that Livestream.com has been discontinued by Vimeo. Broadcasting is no longer possible, subscriptions cannot be renewed, and by June 2025 all accounts and videos were to be deleted. If you still have an active billing relationship, proceed to cancel to stop any charges.

Log in to your Livestream account

Go to livestream.com and sign in with your account credentials.

Open Account Settings

Click on your profile avatar or name in the top-right corner of the page, then select 'Account Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to the Plans section

Within Account Settings, locate and click the 'Plans' tab or section to view your current subscription details.

Click 'Cancel Plan'

In the Plans section, click the 'Cancel Plan' button located in the bottom-right corner of the page.

Confirm cancellation

Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation. You should receive an email notification confirming the cancellation.
