Will I lose access to my data immediately after cancelling?

No. After cancelling, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. You will only lose data access when that period expires, unless you also manually delete the eSIM from your device.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. You qualify for a full refund if the eSIM has not been installed or the data plan has not been activated. If the data plan was activated but more than 99% of data remains unused, Saily may grant a full or partial refund at their discretion. Requests can be submitted via the Auto-Refund Center at saily.com/auto-refund-center/ or by emailing support@saily.com.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play?

If you subscribed via Apple App Store: go to iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Saily → tap 'Cancel Subscription'. For Google Play: open Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → find Saily → tap 'Cancel Subscription'.

Can I reactivate my Saily subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate by purchasing a new plan or re-subscribing to Saily Ultra through the app at any time. Your account and any installed eSIM profile can be reused as long as the eSIM has not been deleted from your device.

What happens to my eSIM after I cancel?

The eSIM profile remains on your device after cancellation. You can deactivate it by going to your device's SIM/eSIM settings and toggling it off. Only delete the eSIM profile if you are certain you no longer need it, as deleted eSIMs generally cannot be reinstalled.

How do I request deletion of my personal data?

To request account and data deletion, contact Saily support at support@saily.com referencing your right to erasure under GDPR or applicable privacy law. You can also submit a request through the Saily Help Center at support.saily.com.

Open the Saily app

Launch the Saily app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you are logged into your account.

Go to Plan Management

Tap on your profile icon or navigate to your account section, then select 'Plan Management' to view your active plans and subscriptions.

Select your active subscription

Find your active Saily Ultra subscription (or recurring data plan) in the list and tap on it to open its details.

Tap 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Deactivate Auto-Renewal'

Tap the 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Deactivate Auto-Renewal' button. This disables future billing without immediately cutting off your current data access.

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm your choice to cancel. You will keep data access until the end of your current paid billing period.

Check for confirmation email

Saily will send a cancellation confirmation email to your registered address. Keep this as proof that auto-renewal has been stopped and no further charges will be made.
