Call 1-866-635-2349. Online cancellation is available but phone is often required for full cancellation.
Navigate the phone menu
Select the option for 'Cancel my subscription' or 'Manage subscription'.
Speak with a retention agent
You'll be connected to a retention specialist who will ask why you're cancelling.
Decline multiple offers
Expect 3-5 discount offers. Firmly decline each one and repeat that you want to cancel.
Confirm cancellation
Once the agent processes the cancellation, ask for a confirmation number.
Request email confirmation
Ask for a cancellation confirmation email for your records.
