Log in to your Tray.ai account

Go to app.tray.io and sign in with your credentials. Tray.io is an enterprise B2B platform — there is no self-service cancellation button in the UI.

Review your contract and renewal date

Check your original Order Form or subscription agreement for your renewal date. Per Tray.ai's Master Subscription Agreement (MSA), subscriptions auto-renew for successive one-year periods unless you give written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the current term.

Contact your Customer Success Manager

If you have an assigned CSM or Account Executive (common for paid plans), reach out to them directly via email or phone to notify them of your intent to cancel or not renew.

Submit a support ticket if no CSM is assigned

Go to tray.ai/contact or open a support ticket from within the app. Select the relevant support category and clearly state you want to cancel or not renew your subscription. Reference your account name and renewal date.

Confirm cancellation in writing

Export your data before access ends
