Log in to your WooCommerce account

Go to woocommerce.com and click 'Log In' in the top-right corner. Enter your WordPress.com credentials (WooCommerce accounts use WordPress.com login).

Open My Subscriptions

Once logged in, navigate to 'My Subscriptions' in your account dashboard, or go directly to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/my-subscriptions/. This lists all your active WooCommerce.com product subscriptions (extensions, themes, etc.).

Find the subscription to cancel

Locate the specific extension or plugin subscription you want to cancel in the list. Each subscription row shows the product name, status, and next renewal date.

Click the three-dot menu

Click the ellipsis icon ('...') on the right side of the subscription row to open the actions dropdown menu.

Select 'Cancel subscription'

From the dropdown, click 'Cancel subscription'. If you are still in a free trial period, the option will appear as 'Cancel trial' instead.

Confirm the cancellation

A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm your choice to complete the cancellation. The subscription status will update and the subscription will remain active until the current billing period ends.
