Will I still have access to premium features after cancelling?

Yes. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that you revert to a Standard (free) account.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

If you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing you are entitled to a full refund minus any card issuance fees. After 14 days, early termination fees may apply (within the first 10 days: ~$17–$55 depending on plan; within the first 10 months: ~$20–$30). After those periods, no refund is issued for the remaining unused portion of the month.

Can I reactivate my Premium or Metal plan after downgrading?

Yes. You can re-upgrade at any time through the same 'Plan' → 'Change plan' flow in the app. Your previous settings and card history are retained.

What if I can't access the app to cancel?

Open the app, tap your profile icon, go to 'Help', and start a 'New chat' in the 'Chat with us' section. Ask the Rita chatbot (or a live agent) to cancel your subscription on your behalf.

Does cancelling my paid plan close my Revolut account?

No. Downgrading to Standard only cancels the paid subscription; your Revolut account, card, and balance remain fully active on the free tier.

How do I cancel a third-party subscription charged through Revolut?

Blocking a merchant in the Revolut app stops future charges but does not cancel the underlying subscription. You must cancel directly with the merchant (e.g. Netflix, Spotify) through their own website or app.

Open the Revolut app

Launch the Revolut mobile app on your iOS or Android device and log in to your account.

Go to your Profile

Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner of the home screen to open your account menu.

Tap 'Plan'

In the profile/account menu, tap the 'Plan' section to see your current subscription details.

Tap 'Change plan'

Select the 'Change plan' option to view available plan tiers.

Select 'Standard' (free tier)

Choose the 'Standard' plan (the free tier) to initiate a downgrade from Premium, Metal, or Ultra.

Tap 'Downgrade to Standard'

Tap the 'Downgrade to Standard' button when prompted to confirm the plan change.

Confirm the downgrade

Tap 'Yes, Proceed with downgrade' on the confirmation screen. Review the summary and tap 'Continue' to finalise. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
