Will I lose access to premium features immediately after canceling?

No. Your premium features remain fully active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). You will not be cut off immediately upon cancellation.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

No. Lightstream's Terms of Sale explicitly state there are no returns or cancellations for subscription fees already paid. All sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel during your billing cycle.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play?

If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel directly through your Apple or Google account settings. Lightstream cannot process cancellations for mobile store subscriptions.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can reactivate at any time by returning to the Plan & Billing section and selecting an upgrade plan. Your account and saved data remain intact after cancellation.

Is canceling a subscription the same as deleting my account?

No. Canceling your subscription downgrades you to the free tier at the end of your billing period but keeps your account active. To fully delete your account, go to account settings and use the account deletion option, or contact Lightstream support.

What happens to my streams and saved content after I cancel?

Your account data and saved stream configurations are retained after subscription cancellation. You will simply lose access to premium features once the billing period ends, reverting to the free plan limitations.

Sign in to Lightstream

Go to studio.golightstream.com and sign in to your Lightstream account with your credentials.

Open the account menu

Click the Lightstream logo/icon in the top-left corner of the Studio interface to open the account dropdown menu.

Select Plan & Billing

From the dropdown menu, select "Plan & Billing" to open your subscription management page.

Locate the cancellation option

Scroll to the bottom of the Plan & Billing page to find the cancellation option.

Click Cancel Plan

Click the "CANCEL PREMIUM PLAN" (or "Cancel plan") button at the bottom of the page.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your cancellation when prompted. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
