Open the Boomplay app on your mobile device and sign in with your account.
Go to your profile
Tap on 'Me' or your profile icon at the bottom of the screen.
Navigate to Premium
Find and tap on 'Premium' or 'Subscription' in your profile settings.
Cancel subscription
Tap 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Manage Subscription' and follow the prompts.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm the cancellation. Your premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period. The free tier remains available with ads.
