Log in to ICI TOU.TV
Go to ici.tou.tv and sign in with your Radio-Canada account credentials.
Access your account
Click on your profile icon or name and select 'Mon compte' (My Account) from the menu.
Navigate to Subscription
Find the 'Abonnement Extra' (Extra Subscription) section in your account settings.
Cancel Extra subscription
Click 'Annuler l'abonnement' (Cancel Subscription) and follow the on-screen steps.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm your decision to cancel. You'll retain access to Extra content until the end of your billing period. The free ICI TOU.TV content remains available.
