Log in to My.Malwarebytes.com
Go to my.malwarebytes.com and sign in with your Malwarebytes account email and password.
Go to Subscription
In the account dashboard, click "Subscription" in the left sidebar to view your active Premium or Malwarebytes for Teams plan.
Manage your plan
Click "Manage Subscription" next to your active plan. This will show your renewal date and available actions.
Cancel subscription
Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your intent. Malwarebytes will show a confirmation summary with your access end date.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm the cancellation on the final screen. You will retain Premium features until the subscription expires, then revert to the free scanner. A confirmation email will be sent to your account.
