Log in to PokerStars
Open the PokerStars client or visit pokerstars.com and sign in with your account credentials.
Withdraw your remaining balance
Click on the cashier, select 'Withdraw', and transfer all remaining funds to your linked payment method. Ensure the withdrawal completes before closing your account.
Go to Account Settings
Click your username or the account menu and navigate to 'Account Settings' or 'My Profile'.
Request account closure
Look for 'Close Account' or 'Deactivate Account' within the settings. Alternatively, email PokerStars support at support@pokerstars.com and request account closure, providing your account username and reason.
Confirm and await processing
Confirm your closure request via email or on-screen prompt. PokerStars will process your request and send a confirmation email within 1–5 business days.
