Go to sentry.io and sign in to your account.

Go to Organization Settings

Navigate to Settings > Organization Settings.

Click Subscription

Click 'Subscription' or 'Billing' in the left menu.

Select Downgrade or Cancel

Click 'Downgrade to Developer' or 'Cancel subscription'.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the change. Historical error data is retained on the free tier with limits.
