How much notice do I need to give to cancel?

The Services Agreement requires written notice and includes a 30-day cure period before termination takes effect. Check your specific Order Form, as some contracts include auto-renewal clauses that require you to provide non-renewal notice 30–90 days before the renewal date.

Can I reactivate my Agiloft account after cancelling?

Yes, you can re-engage with Agiloft after cancellation by contacting your former account manager or reaching out via agiloft.com. However, your data will have been deleted within 30 days of termination, so previously stored contracts would not be recoverable.

Will I still be billed for the remainder of my contract after requesting cancellation?

Yes, unless you are terminating for cause due to Agiloft's material breach. Annual and multi-year contract fees are non-cancelable, meaning you remain liable for fees through the end of the current contract term even if you stop using the service.

Is there a self-service way to cancel online?

Submit written cancellation notice
