Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account is automatically downgraded to the free Lite plan.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Reclaim does not issue refunds for annual plans purchased more than 30 days ago. If you cancel an annual plan within 30 days of purchase, you can contact Reclaim support to request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.

What happens to my calendar events after I cancel?

Reclaim does not automatically remove the events it created. You will need to manually delete or edit any '[Reclaim]'-labelled events directly in Google Calendar or Outlook.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate by returning to app.reclaim.ai/billing and selecting a paid plan at any time. Note that changing your subscription resets the billing cycle to the new purchase date.

Is there a free plan I can downgrade to instead of cancelling entirely?

Yes. Reclaim offers a free Lite plan that includes 3 habits, smart 1:1 scheduling, and basic calendar sync. You can downgrade to this instead of fully cancelling by selecting 'Downgrade to Free' on the Billing page.

What if I delete my account without cancelling first?

For single-user teams, deleting your account also cancels your subscription. However, it is recommended to explicitly cancel billing before deleting your account to avoid unexpected charges.

Sign in to Reclaim

Go to app.reclaim.ai and sign in. You must be the account owner or an admin with billing permissions to manage the subscription.

Open Billing & Team page

Click your profile photo in the top-right corner of the app, then select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu. This takes you to app.reclaim.ai/billing.

Click 'Cancel plan'

On the Billing & Team page, locate the free/lite plan section and click the 'Cancel plan' button.

Click 'Proceed to Cancel'

A confirmation dialog appears. Click 'Proceed to Cancel' to move forward with the cancellation.

Complete cancellation survey

Reclaim presents a short feedback form asking why you are cancelling. Fill in your reason and submit to finalize the cancellation.

Clean up calendar events

Reclaim does NOT automatically remove scheduled events it created. Manually delete or edit any events with '[Reclaim]' labels in your Google Calendar or Outlook to avoid stale blocks on your calendar.
