Can I still use Evie chargers after cancelling my subscription?

Yes, you can continue to use Evie charging stations without a subscription by paying casual (pay-as-you-go) rates via the app or an Evie Pass RFID card. Your subscription benefits (discounted rates) cease at the end of your final paid billing period.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

Generally no. Evie Networks' terms state there is no right to a refund for standard cancellations. The exception is if Evie Networks changes your subscription plan, fees, or terms in a detrimental way — in that case you must notify them within 30 days of their notice and you'll receive a pro-rata refund for any prepaid unused period.

Open the Evie app on your mobile device (iOS or Android). Ensure you are logged in to the account you wish to cancel.
