Can I still use Albato after cancelling?

Yes, your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you can continue using Albato on the Free plan (with limited transactions and features), or your account will revert to Free automatically.

Am I eligible for a refund when I cancel?

A full refund is available only if you cancel within the first 15 days of your paid term and have used fewer than 20 transactions. Otherwise, Albato may issue a prorated refund equal to the prepaid amount minus the first month's charge. Simply not using the service does not qualify for a refund — you pay for access.

How do I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Log back in to your Albato account, go to the Billing section, select a paid plan, and click 'Upgrade plan'. You can reactivate at any time as long as your account still exists.

What happens to my automations and data after cancellation?

Log in to Albato

Go to albato.com and sign in to your account with your email and password.

Open Billing section

Click your email address or profile icon at the top of the screen, then select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu.

Review your current plan

In the Billing section, review your active subscription plan and the renewal date. Note that Albato offers a Free plan as a permanent downgrade option.

Downgrade to Free plan (self-service option)

To stop being charged, select the Free plan from the plan options and click 'Upgrade plan' (or equivalent confirm button) to switch to the no-cost tier. Your paid features remain active until the current billing period ends.

Send cancellation notice to support (required for full cancellation)

Per Albato's Terms, a full subscription cancellation requires 3 days' written notice. Email support@albato.com or use the in-app chat widget and state that you wish to cancel your subscription, including your account email.

Request a refund if eligible

If you are within the first 15 days of your paid term AND have used fewer than 20 transactions, you can request a full refund in the same cancellation email. Otherwise, you may be eligible for a prorated refund (prepaid amount minus the first month's charge).

Download your data

Before your subscription expires, export any automations or data you need. Albato states it is not obligated to store customer data after the subscription ends.
