Will I still have access after canceling?

Yes. Your Keeper subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, your vault downgrades to the free tier (limited to one device) rather than being deleted.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Keeper's terms state that subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable for unused time. However, if you cancel very shortly after being charged, contacting support promptly may result in a goodwill refund — it is not guaranteed.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play?

Apple: Go to iPhone Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Keeper Password Manager > Cancel Subscription. Google Play: Open Play Store > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Keeper Password Manager > Cancel subscription.

Can I reactivate my Keeper subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by logging back into your account at keepervault.com and purchasing a new plan. Your stored vault data is retained during the free-tier period unless you explicitly delete your account.

How do I permanently delete my Keeper account and all data?

In the Keeper mobile app go to Account > Help > Delete Keeper Account, or email deleteme@keepersecurity.com. Account deletion is irreversible and permanently removes all stored passwords and vault data.

What happens to my passwords if I cancel?

Your vault data is not deleted when you cancel — it remains accessible on one device under the free plan. To avoid losing access, export your passwords (File > Export) before downgrading if you plan to switch to another password manager.

Log in to Keeper Vault

Go to keepervault.com and sign in with your Keeper account credentials (email and master password).

Open Account Settings

Click on your profile icon or avatar in the top-right corner of the Keeper Vault interface to open the account menu.

Navigate to Subscription or Billing

Select 'Settings' from the dropdown, then click the 'Subscription' or 'Billing' tab in the left-hand sidebar to view your current plan details.

Click 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Turn Off Auto-Renewal'

Locate the 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Turn Off Auto-Renewal' button under your active plan. Click it to begin the cancellation flow.

Confirm Cancellation

A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm. Click 'Yes, Cancel' or 'Confirm' to finalize the cancellation. If no self-service option is visible, submit a cancellation request via the support form at keepersecurity.com/support.

Check for Confirmation Email

Look for a cancellation confirmation email from Keeper Security. Keep this as proof of cancellation and that auto-renewal has been disabled.
