Log in to SUSE Customer Center

Go to https://scc.suse.com and sign in with your SUSE account credentials. This is the central portal for managing all Rancher Prime and SUSE subscriptions.

Review your subscription details

Navigate to 'Subscriptions' in the left-hand menu to view your active Rancher Prime subscription, its expiry date, and auto-renewal status. Note your subscription ID and renewal date — you must submit a non-renewal notice at least 90 days before the renewal date.

Determine your purchase channel

Check how you purchased: (a) directly via SUSE/Rancher sales rep, (b) through the SUSE Shop (buy.suse.com), or (c) via a cloud marketplace (AWS, Azure, GCP). Each channel has a different cancellation path.

Submit cancellation or non-renewal notice

Depending on your channel: (a) If purchased via SUSE Shop, go to https://buy.suse.com/store?Action=DisplayReturnAndCancellationsPage&Locale=en_US&SiteID=suse, enter your order number, and select 'Please cancel auto-renew on my subscription'. (b) If via a sales rep or enterprise agreement, send a written non-renewal notice to your SUSE account manager or via email to your customer success contact. (c) If via AWS/Azure/GCP Marketplace, cancel the subscription from within the respective marketplace console under your active subscriptions.

Contact SUSE support to confirm

Open a support case at https://scc.suse.com under 'Support Cases' → 'Open New Case', select 'Subscription Management' as the category, and request written confirmation of the cancellation or non-renewal. Reference your subscription ID.

Await confirmation email

SUSE will send a confirmation of the cancelled auto-renewal or subscription termination to the email on your SUSE account. Keep this for your records. Your access continues until the end of the current paid term.
