Review your contract terms
Locate your signed Botify service agreement and identify your contract end date, auto-renewal date, and required notice period. Botify contracts typically require 30–90 days written notice before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal for another annual term.
Log in to verify account details
Sign in at app.botify.com to confirm your account name, subscription tier, and any active projects. This information will be needed when formally communicating your intent to cancel.
Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM)
Reach out directly to your dedicated Botify Customer Success Manager or Account Executive via email. If you do not have a direct contact, use the support portal at support.botify.com or submit a request via the contact form at botify.com/contact-us, clearly stating your intent to cancel and referencing your account name and contract.
Submit formal written cancellation notice
Send a written cancellation notice to your CSM and/or legal/billing contact at Botify. Include: your company name, account ID, contract start/end dates, and a clear statement that you do not wish to renew. Request written confirmation of receipt. Send well within the contractual notice window (often 60–90 days before renewal).
Confirm cancellation in writing
Follow up if you do not receive a written acknowledgment within 3–5 business days. Obtain a confirmation email or document from Botify stating the cancellation has been accepted, the effective end date, and that auto-renewal has been disabled.
Request data export before access ends
Before your contract end date, export any crawl reports, log file analyses, or dashboards you need to retain. Use the export functions within the Botify platform (CSV/Excel downloads from reports and URL Explorer). Data access ends when the contract expires.
