Can I cancel Hivebrite mid-year and get a refund?

No. Hivebrite operates on annual contracts with non-cancellable, non-refundable fees. You cannot cancel mid-term and receive a refund unless Hivebrite itself is in material breach of the agreement — in which case you can terminate for cause with 60 days' written notice and receive a refund for prepaid unused time.
