Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

No. You retain full access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account automatically downgrades to the free plan (1,000 operations/month).

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Make does not charge you for the next billing period once you cancel, but does not offer refunds for the current or past billing periods. Unused operations are forfeited and not credited back.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. Before your billing cycle ends you can click 'Renew subscription' on the Subscription page to reverse the cancellation. After the cycle ends you can purchase a new plan at any time.

What happens to my scenarios and data after cancellation?

Your scenarios and data are retained on the free plan, but you may lose access to paid-only features. If you exceed free plan limits (e.g., more than one team or one organization), excess teams/organizations become unlicensed but data is not immediately deleted.

What happens if I have multiple organizations?

The free plan supports only one active organization. If you own another free organization, it will become unlicensed upon cancellation. You must choose which team to keep during the cancellation flow.

Does Make cancel the subscription on my behalf if I contact support?

No. The Customer Care team does not have the authority to cancel subscriptions on your behalf. You must complete the cancellation yourself through the Subscription tab in your organization settings.

Open Organization Settings

Log in to Make.com and click on your organization name (labeled 'Org') in the left sidebar to open the organization menu.

Go to Subscription Tab

In the organization menu, click on the 'Subscription' tab under 'My Plan' to view your current plan details.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

In the upper-right corner of the Subscription page, click the 'Cancel subscription' button to start the cancellation flow.

Select Cancellation Reason

A dialog box appears asking for your reason for cancellation. Select the most applicable reason from the list, then review the list of features you will lose access to.

Click 'Continue'

After reviewing the features you'll lose, click 'Continue' to proceed to the next step of the cancellation dialog.

Select Team to Keep

Because the free plan only supports one team, you must choose which team to retain. Select your preferred team from the list and click 'Continue'.

Confirm Cancellation

Review the final summary noting that you'll have one organization on the free plan and any other free organization you own will become unlicensed. Click 'Cancel subscription' to confirm and finalize.

Check Confirmation Email

Make sends a confirmation email to your registered address documenting the cancellation. You retain full access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing cycle.
