Log in to your Softube account
Go to softube.com and click the account icon or 'Sign In' in the top navigation. Enter your email and password to log into your Softube account.
Navigate to My Account
Once logged in, click on your account name or profile icon in the top-right corner to access the 'My Account' page.
Open the My Subscription tab
Within the My Account page, locate and click on the 'My Subscription' tab. This is where all active subscriptions (Flow Mixing Suite, Flow Mastering Suite, etc.) are listed.
Select the subscription to cancel
Find the active Flow subscription you wish to cancel. Review the current billing period and renewal date shown on the subscription card before proceeding.
Click Cancel Subscription
Click the 'Cancel Subscription' button or link associated with your plan. You may be shown a confirmation prompt or a summary of what you will lose access to.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm your decision when prompted. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 30-day billing period — you retain access until then. Any credits earned and perpetual licenses already purchased with credits are kept permanently.
