Can I still use the club after submitting a cancellation request?

Yes. If you submit by the 10th, your membership stays active through the last day of the current month and you can continue using facilities during that time.

Will I get a refund for unused days in my final month?

No. Monthly fees are non-refundable. The full month's fee is charged regardless of when in the month you cancel.

Can I rejoin after cancelling?

Yes, but you must complete the full 入会手続き (new member enrollment) process again and pay all associated joining fees (registration fees, etc.). Your previous member number will not be restored.

Do my points or remaining credits expire when I cancel?

Yes. Any remaining usage credits, points, or optional add-on services linked to your membership become invalid upon cancellation.

Can I cancel by phone or email?

No. Full membership cancellation (会員番号終了) is accepted only in-person at the facility front desk — not by phone, email, or online Member Service. Only plan/course billing termination (プラン・コース終了) can be processed online.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Generally no. However, members who joined under the 'スタート応援会員' (Start Support Member) campaign are charged a 10,000 yen (tax excl.) fee if they cancel within the first 7 months of joining.

Check the monthly deadline

The cancellation cutoff is the 10th of each month. Submitting by the 10th ends your membership on the last day of the current month. Submitting after the 10th ends it at the end of the following month. If the 10th falls on a closed day, the deadline moves to the previous open business day.

Decide: online plan termination or full in-person cancellation

Two paths exist: (A) プラン・コース終了 (Plan/Course Termination) — stops monthly billing and can be done online via the Member Service portal at member.konamisportsclub.jp. (B) 会員番号終了 (Full Member Number Termination) — completely closes your membership and must be done in-person at the facility front desk; phone, online Member Service, and mail are explicitly not accepted for this option.

Log in to Member Service (online route)

Visit member.konamisportsclub.jp and log in with your 会員番号 (member number) and password. This handles plan billing termination online.

Navigate to 各種届出 → プラン・コース終了

After logging in, click '各種届出' (Various Applications) from the main menu, then select 'プラン・コース終了' (Plan/Course Termination).

Confirm termination online

Click '終了' (Terminate), then '終了をする' (Confirm Termination). Select your cancellation reason from the dropdown list, review the displayed notices, then click '確定する' (Finalize) to submit.

For full cancellation: visit the front desk in person

Bring your 会員証 (membership card) to your registered Konami Sports Club location before the 10th of the month. Approach the front desk and say you want '退会' (withdrawal/cancellation). Staff will have you complete a written withdrawal form. No appointment is needed but confirm the club's reception hours (受付時間) in advance.
